How to start a return
- Request RMA: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason (return, exchange, defective, wrong item).
- Pack securely: Include sunglasses, hard case, cleaning cloth, paperwork, accessories, and ensure the tamper tag is still attached.
- Ship back: Use our prepaid label (U.S.) or your own carrier. Keep your tracking number.
- Inspection & refund: We inspect within 2 business days of delivery and issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Return eligibility
- Item is in new, unworn condition with no scratches or adjustments.
- Factory packaging included: hard case, cloth, documentation, and any accessories.
- Tamper tag and protective films are intact and attached.
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipped back within 7 days after RMA approval.
Condition guidelines
- Frames must not show wear, bending, or lens swaps.
- Lenses must be free of fingerprints embedded into coatings, scratches, or smudges that cannot be dry‑wiped.
- Packaging should be clean and uncrushed.
- Any missing items may result in a partial refund.
Return shipping options
- U.S. customers: Use our prepaid label with an $8.95 deduction from your refund or ship with your own insured carrier.
- Defective / wrong item: Prepaid label at no cost (U.S.).
- International customers: Ship with your own carrier; duties/taxes are non‑refundable. Contact us for documentation to help your carrier classify the return.
- Risk of loss: Retain tracking; items remain your responsibility until received and scanned delivered.
Packaging your return
- Use the original outer box or a rigid new box with cushioning.
- Place the case and contents in a protective sleeve or bag.
- Do not apply tape directly to the retail box or case.
- Include your RMA number inside the box.
Refund method & timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Inspection occurs within 2 business days of receipt.
- Your bank or card may take an additional 3–5 business days to post funds.
- Store credit or exchange can be issued immediately after inspection.
Fees & adjustments
- $8.95 return label deduction (U.S., when chosen).
- Original shipping is non‑refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Missing accessories or excessive wear may result in a partial refund.
Exchanges
Prefer a different color or size? We offer free U.S. exchanges for the same item value. If the replacement costs more, we will send a secure payment link for the difference; if less, we will refund the difference after inspection.
Final sale & exceptions
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom or prescription lenses and lens swaps are non‑returnable.
- Gift cards are non‑refundable.
- Items returned worn, damaged, or missing the tamper tag may be declined or refunded partially.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item
We stand behind authenticity and condition. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the issue and the tamper tag.
- We will issue a prepaid label (U.S.) and prioritize your exchange or full refund.
Authenticity guarantee
Each unit is verified against factory specifications (model codes, color codes, temple triangle plaque placement for Symbole, lens markings where applicable, hinge hardware, and packaging). If authenticity cannot be confirmed, we will issue a full refund.
Price adjustments
If an item you purchased is discounted within 7 days of your order and remains the same SKU and lens type in stock, contact us for a one‑time adjustment via original payment method or store credit. Excludes Final Sale and limited‑drop promotions.
Holiday extended returns
Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 qualify for extended returns until January 31 of the following year, provided all other return conditions are met.
